About ParkMobile and On-street Parking

ParkMobile is used for payment of the approximately 70 on-street parking spaces located throughout downtown Leesburg. For all other inquiries please contact pio@leesburgva.gov.

Cost

• The on-street parking fees are $1.50 per hour, for a maximum of two hours in most locations.
• A service fee of an additional 50 cents per transaction and is paid directly to ParkMobile.

You do not need to download the app to pay via ParkMobile. Following are other payment methods to pay for on-street parking.

Time Limits

• A two hour time limit is enforced from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
• On-street parking is free after 5pm on weekdays, all day on weekends and on holidays.
• On weekdays we highly suggest you park at the Town Hall Parking Garage. It's less expensive and the garage is centrally located to most downtown destinations.

Accessible Parking Spaces

• Up to 4 hours of free parking is available at on-street parking spaces for cars that display a disabled placard or license plate.
• The 4-hour time limit will be enforced by Town parking staff.
