Town Hall Garage

Address: 10 Loudoun Street SW, Leesburg VA 20175

The Town Hall Garage, located beside the Leesburg Town Hall, has over 300 parking spaces and is available for public parking at all times.

The first two hours in the Town Hall Garage are free. Each additional hour (or portion of an hour) is $1, with a $10 daily maximum. Drivers should keep their ticket with them after entering the garage and pay at one of the kiosks before exiting. All three kiosks accept credit and debit card payments. The kiosk by the elevator also accepts cash payments. Parking at the Town Hall Garage is free after 7:00 p.m. during the week, all day on weekends and on holidays. Enter the Town Hall Garage from either West Market Street or Loudoun Street, between King Street and Wirt Street.

The Town of Leesburg offers monthly rental of a limited number of reserved ($65/month) and unreserved ($45/month) parking spaces in the Town Hall Garage. Please see the Finance Department's Parking Permits page for more information.

Liberty Street Parking Lot

The Liberty Street parking lot is located at the intersection of Liberty and Royal streets, just three blocks from the heart of the Historic Downtown. Parking is free and available to the public at all times in this lot; however, parking is limited to 48 hours.

Pennington Lot and Garage

The Pennington lot offers 138 surface lot spaces, along with 717 spaces in a parking garage. All spaces are available for public use, with the exception of the roof level of the parking garage. Parking is available at all times, and is always free.

Loudoun County Garage

Address: 146 Loudoun Street SE, Leesburg VA 20175

The Loudoun County Garage, located behind the County Government Building, has over 400 parking spaces. On weekdays until 5pm, garage parking is reserved for County employees and customers. After 5pm during the week, all day on weekends and on holidays, parking is available and free to the public. The entrance for the Loudoun County Garage is on Loudoun Street, just west of Harrison Street.

Semones Lot

The Semones Lot, located behind the General District Courthouse building, has 31 parking spaces, including 16 accessible spaces. On weekdays until 5pm, parking is reserved for Court business only. After 5pm during the week, all day on weekends and on holidays, parking is available and free to the public.

Madison Lot

Address: 429 Madison Trade Plaza SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.

The Madison Lot, located in the Crescent Place development adjacent to the W&OD Trail along Harrison Street, has 84 parking spaces, including four accessible spaces. Parking is available 24/7. Parking is limited to two hours for spaces that face the shops, and up to 48 hours for spaces facing Harrison Street. Please refer to posted signage.

On-Street Parking

There are approximately 70 on-street parking spaces located throughout downtown Leesburg. On-street parking costs $1.50 per hour, for a maximum of two hours in most locations. The two-hour time limit is enforced from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. On-street parking is free after 5pm on weekdays, all day on weekends and on holidays. During the week, we highly suggest you park at the Town Hall Parking Garage instead; it's less expensive and the garage is centrally located to most downtown destinations.

Parking Bags

Bags are available for $14 per day per space to reserve on-street parking for special events or loading/unloading when time periods longer than two hours are needed. Bags for parking spaces may be purchased for up to one week at a time on a first-come, first-served basis. Bags must be purchased in person at the Finance Counter on the first floor of Town Hall.
