Please use this form to submit bulk pickup requests. This form only applies to residents and businesses within the Town of Leesburg corporate limits who receive curbside refuse and recycling collection through the Town. We do not service any areas outside the corporate limits, commercial shopping centers or apartment complexes.

Before submitting your request, please verify that your items meet all the requirements and limitations of the bulk pickup service. There are some items and materials that do not qualify for collection. Bulk pickups do not include construction material, hazardous waste or appliances containing Freon unless the Freon has been removed by a licensed technician. 

Bulk and oversized items are collected by request only.

 Be sure to include a complete list of the items to be collected (i.e., list what furniture pieces you need picked up). We must have an email address to send a verification of the pickup. Also, include the complete address including the quadrant.

What is the address for the pickup being requested? If the items are in a common area or parking area, please provide the address of the nearest unit or cross street. Patriot must have this information in order to schedule a pickup.
Please provide an email address for confirmation of your pickup request.
Please provide a list of all items to be collected (i.e., types of furniture, appliances, number of bags or boxes, etc.). Patriot must provide this information in order to schedule a pickup.
Do any of the items contain Freon or other type of refrigerant (ex., A/C units, fridges, freezers, wine coolers, etc. - regardless of size or working condition)?
If requesting a pickup for an appliance containing refrigerants, has the Freon or other type of refrigerant been removed by a licensed technician who has tagged the unit stating this service has been performed?  Please note - if this has not been done and there is no tag on the unit, Patriot will not collect these items.
If you request a copy of this submission below, you will receive an auto-response email after submitting your request. Please note that your pickup is not confirmed until you have received a second email verifying the date of your pickup and providing additional set-out instructions. Please DO NOT put bulk items out before receiving this second verification email. Once you have received the second confirmation email, bulk items may be set out at the curb any time after 4:00 p.m. the day prior to collection.
