Approved Special Exception application to construct four 4-story buildings to house 68 two-bedroom, multi-family dwelling units and a 4,000 square foot retail/office building on a 2 acre site in Historic Downtown Leesburg.  An existing 3,100 square foot office building on the site will also be part of the project. The parcel is located on the east side of South King Street, the west side of Church Street SE and the north side of Town Branch and the W&OD Trail.
