TLOA-2018-0006 Expanding the H-1 Old & Historic District Amending Section 7.5.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to expand the boundaries of the H-1 Old & Historic District to include the Rogers Farm property at 440 Dry Mill Road SE.  This amendment was approved by the Leesburg Town Council on March 12, 2019.  Lauren Murphy Associated Documents 
TLOA-2019-0002 Establishing Sign Guidelines for Places of Assembly Amending Section 15.3 and 15.8.9 of the Zoning Ordinance to define Place of Assembly sign and to establish use standards applicable to signs for Places of Assembly.  The Planning Commission Public Hearing for this amendment is scheduled for April 4, 2019 at 7pm in the Town Council Chamber.  Rob Walton  Associated Documents
TLOA-2019-0003 Crescent Design District Regulations Amending Section 7.10 of the Zoning Ordinance to establish new modifications providing additional flexibility in the Crescent District.  The Planning Commission Public Hearing for this amendment is scheduled for March 21, 2019 at 7pm in the Town Council Chamber.  Brian Boucher Associated Documents
