*Approved cancellation requests by patrons will be refunded by credit card or check only.
* No household credits will be issued.
*Should a refund request be submitted less than 14 calendar days prior to the start of a program there is a 50% penalty per program.
*No refunds will be given after the first class without a doctor's note. With a doctor's note, after the start of a program and prior to the mid-point, the 50% penalty will be based on the prorated refund amount.
*There are no refunds after the mid-point for any reason.
*If a program only meets one time, no refunds will be given.

Refund Requests - General Information
*All check refunds will be mailed within 3 weeks after the request has been processed.
*All refund requests due to injury or medical illness will require a doctor's note and will be prorated.
CLASS AND TRIP REFUNDS:
*No refunds will be given after the first class without a doctor's note.
*With a doctor's note, after the start of the program and prior to the mid-point, the 50% penalty will be based on the prorated refund amount.
*There will be NO REFUNDS after the mid-point of the program for any reason.
RENTALS:
*To obtain a refund all requests must be submitted 14 calendar days prior to the rental date.
*Refunds submitted with less than 14 calendar days prior to the rental will receive a 50% refund.
*No refunds will be given for cancellation submitted on the day of the reservation.
BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES:
*Please contact our party coordinator at 703-737-2371.
*No refund will be issued with less than 15 calendar days notice.
PASS:
*All pass refunds will be prorated from the date of the request.
MONTHLY WITHDRAW PASSES:
*Cancellations will be permitted for medical reasons (accompanied with a doctor's note) and for patrons moving out of the area.
*Cancellations will require a 30-day written notice.
*No retro-dated refunds will be honored.
*For cancellations prior to the initial twelve (12) months, there will be a 25% cancellation penalty for the remaining value of the pass, which will be billed to the credit card or check card.
