The race will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018. The 5K Race will begin at 9:00 am and the 1 Mile Fun Run will start at 9:45 am, both from the front field of Ida Lee Park. The entry fee for pre-registration is $25.00 for the 5K and $10.00 for the 1 mile, plus 2 cans of food to be brought the day of the event for Loudoun Hunger Relief's food pantry.

Pre-registration will be available through Wednesday, November 14th at 8 pm. Day-of-event registration will be available beginning at 7:00 am. Day-of registration fees are $30 for the 5K and $15 for the 1 mile, plus 2 cans of food. Canned food will be donated to Loudoun Hunger Relief’s food bank. More than 1,000 lbs of food was raised at last year’s race. All ages are welcome.

The race will be timed by Potomac River Running using a state-of-the-art timing system used in top races nationwide.
Pre-registered 5K runners will receive a long-sleeve commemorative T-shirt and 1 Mile runners will receive a race medal. Refreshments for all runners will be provided following the race. Thanksgiving themed prizes will be awarded to the first, second, and third place male and female finishers of the 5K for each age category. Age categories are 14 and under,15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over. A Thanksgiving-themed costume contest will take place for the 5K race. Prizes will be awarded to the Best Individual Costume and Best Group Costume. Door prizes will also be awarded following the race. Dogs, wagons, and strollers are not permitted on the course.
Race Packet Pick Up: Runners may pick up race packets at Potomac River Running, Leesburg on Friday, November 16th from 4:00-7:00 pm or on race morning at Ida Lee Park from 7:00-8:30 am.
The race will start and finish at the Gazebo in the front field of Ida Lee Park. Please follow parking signs for the event, as the parking lot can be accessed from Route 15 Business (North King Street), not through Ida Lee Drive.
