Project Description: Development of initial phases of improvements to the Town Hall Campus in accordance with the master plan approved in 2018. Project includes improvements adjacent to the Loudoun Street entrance to the Town Hall parking garage, the Mervin Jackson Park East and West Panels adjacent to the parking garage, and improvements to the Market Street parking garage entrance.
As of June 28, 2019 - There is no funding for this project until Fiscal Year 2021.
