Thomas Balch Library’s meeting room is available to the public on a fee basis; $10 per hour for non-profits and $20 per hour for for-profits. No admission, donation, or tuition may be required or solicited, and no products or services may be sold. Thomas Balch Library will make its meeting room available to the public on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting its use.
The meeting room is generally available Mondays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is also available on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The room is not available during administrative closings or on legal holidays. Certain events, such as those sponsored by Thomas Balch Library or the Town of Leesburg, may take precedence over private organizations.
