The Town of Leesburg is required under the Municipal Stormwater Sewer System (MS4) Permit to create a MS4 Program Plan that details program elements and implementation timelines over the next five year permit period. Public comment on the Goose Creek Local TMDL Action Plan is invited. Comments may be submitted using the online form found on the Town of Leesburg’s Water Quality and Stormwater Management website.
