The fee structure for bonds is as follows:

• Bond Reduction Processing Fee:  $900
• Bond Release Fee:  $1,800
• Time Extension Request Fee:  $500
• Bond Release for Unconstructed Projects (approved plans to be voided) Fee: $150.00 per bond release request

The Department of Public Works Administrative Section oversees the Performance and Maintenance Bond Process. Bonds, bond extensions, and bond reductions do not require Town Council approval.
