No stipends or bonuses—only permanent, base-building pay counted toward retirement.

Paid Time Off and Leave

Education Assistance

The Town reimburses up to 75% of tuition costs (up to $5,000 per fiscal year) for approved degree or certification programs that support your career in public service.
