About the Division
The Leesburg Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is responsible for investigating serious and complex criminal offenses that require specialized expertise, extended casework, and advanced investigative methods. The Role of the Division
CID detectives conduct in-depth investigations involving major crimes, financial offenses, and technology-based cases.
