In addition to the existing facilities and amenities at Town Parks, plans are in place for the future development of several parks.

Veterans Park at Ball's Bluff

Currently, the natural trails within the park are closed due to construction. Improvements to the park during Phase I of the construction include a two-lane access road from Balls Bluff Road to the Potomac River, parking facilities, a boat ramp for non-motorized watercraft, picnic facilities, and defined trails.
