NFL Flag Football spring leagues are offered ages 6-17. The spring season will run March - early June. Pre-season activities begin in February.
Players need to attend an evaluation to determine skill levels and are selected on teams through a draft process. Player evaluations and makeups will be mid-February.
Practices will begin in mid March and games will start at the end of March. A coach will contact you to let you know when practice starts. Practices are held on various weekday evenings throughout the week at either 5:00pm or 6:15pm, as well as, on a couple of Saturdays prior to the season beginning.

- Carpool requests are not accepted.
- Once registration has ended, you will receive an email with more details.
- No refunds will be given after February 25, 2026.

Player Evaluations
A player must attend one evaluation session per calendar year. If a player does not meet this criteria, they will be ineligible and their registration will be forfeited.

NFL Flag League – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What is NFL Flag?
NFL Flag is the official flag football program of the National Football League. It offers a fun, non-contact football experience for boys and girls of all skill levels, with a strong focus on teamwork, fundamentals, and sportsmanship.
2. Is the league co-ed?
Yes! Our league is fully co-ed and welcomes all players, regardless of gender.
3. How often do teams practice?
Each team practices once per week, with practice days and times determined by the coach based on their availability and field scheduling.
4. When are games played?
Games are typically held on weekends, either Saturday or Sunday, depending on field availability and scheduling. Girls divisions will play on weeknights.
5. What age groups are offered?
Our league includes multiple age divisions, generally based on a player’s age as of a specific cutoff date. Please check the registration page for current age group details.
6. How are teams formed?
Teams are formed through a coaches draft, which takes place before the season begins. This allows for balanced teams across each division.
7. What equipment is needed?
Each player will receive an official NFL Flag jersey and flag belt. Players should wear athletic shorts without pockets and rubber cleats (no metal spikes).
-Mouthguards are required during all games for player safety — no exceptions.
8. Who are the coaches?
All coaches are league-approved volunteers, often parents or local community members. They must complete a background check and league orientation before the season starts.
9. How long is the season?
A typical season runs for 7–8 weeks, including regular season games and playoffs.
10. How do I register?
