Ida Lee Park Recreation Center offers a group fitness class for everyone! Our classes are designed for people of all levels, abilities, and *ages. Whether you're looking for increased flexibility, toned muscles, or an all-around "calorie burner," we have a class designed to get you there. Group fitness is a great addition to your workout, and our nationally certified group fitness instructors are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. Group fitness at Ida Lee combined hard work, an energetic and exciting atmosphere, great people and results!
We offer 85+ hours of land and water group fitness classes each week including BodyPump, Total Body Conditioning, step, TurboKick, cycle, yoga and Pilates, plus deep and shallow water aqua fitness classes! Many are free with a membership or daily admission.
The fitness staff is excited about helping you on your journey to a healthier spirit, mind, and body. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us!
*Group fitness classes are designed for participants ages 16 and older. Youth ages 12–15 may attend when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

About the Drop-in Fee

Youth Weight Room Certification
(Ages 12-15) If you are ages 12 to 15 and are serious about looking better, feeling better, getting stronger and healthier, GET CERTIFIED!!! In this class you will learn the rules of the fitness room and how to use the free weights and cardio machines. Students will also learn how to design their own program with emphasis on muscle strengthening, muscular endurance, and weight management. Youths with a certification card on file may workout in the fitness center unsupervised. In order to take this class you must pre-register at least 3 days before and you must attend all four sessions. 4, 60-minute classes.
