This page contains waivers that are required by individual facilities in order for your child to participate in the week's trip.  Not every location has a required waiver.  If your child is participating in one of the weeks below, the waiver will need to be turned in prior to the day of the field trip in order for them to participate.  If you decide that your child is not participating in the scheduled weekly field trip, you will need to make alternate plans for them on that day.  We do not have alternative care scheduled for campers who choose not to participate.  Arrangements can be made with the Camp Manager if you wish to drop your child off after the group returns from the trip.

Teen Adventure Camp Waivers

(IMPORTANT - most of the trip locations have moved to online waivers.  We have denoted after each one how you will need to proceed.  If your child does not have a waiver completed they will not be able to take part in that activity)
