Category 1: Restaurants, Food Vendors, Food Trucks

This category is for Leesburg and area restaurants, food trucks and food vendors to showcase their local food. A sample menu is required.

2025 Food Vendor Application

Category 2: Farmer’s Market, Packaged Food

This category is for Leesburg and area producers, bakers and packaged food merchants to showcase their product.  A 10x10 space will be provided for those without a truck or trailer. 

Category 3: Retail products related to food and beverage

This category is for local shops or businesses to showcase their products or services that are related to food, beverage, or an activity. Exhibitors can display or sell only juried merchandise and/or information.  A 10x10 space will be provided.

Category 4: Beer & Wine

This category is for Leesburg and area wineries and breweries. If you are interested in participating please complete our Brewery /Winery Interest Form by clicking here.
 

Category 5: Non-profit Applications

This category is for non-profit organizations looking for more exposure. Non profit 10 x 10 booth space is limited.

Category 6: Entertainment & Demonstrations

This category is for Leesburg and area musicians and food related demonstrators to showcase their talent. A separate application process is required.
