Exhibitors

Our exhibitors showcase their products and services from booths on the tarmac in the heart of the event.  We are looking for visitors with an aviation, science or military theme.  Those outside of that theme are unlikely to be accepted.

Nonprofit Organizations

A small number of nonprofit organizations may be chosen to exhibit at the event. Only IRS 501(c)(3) organizations engaging in activities that support the local community and government entities are eligible for a nonprofit booth space.  Booths are limited and not all will be accepted.  Selected nonprofit organizations may not sell any items.  Organizations may distribute information, conduct giveaways, or collect donations.
