Bidding Opportunities

As a valued business, we want you to have every opportunity to be the supplier that provides the goods and services needed by the Town of Leesburg. We also want to help you gain access to additional business, if desired, with other localities and state agencies within the Commonwealth of Virginia.

To help with this effort, the Town’s Procurement Office, along with many other localities and all state agencies, utilizes the centralized Bidders List maintained by the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Division of General Services as part of their e-procurement solution commonly referred to as “eVA.” Once you are on this list, you will receive notices of bid opportunities for the commodities within the regional zone(s) that you have selected during registration.

For more information about eVA, and instructions about registering to become a vendor, please go to: eva.virginia.gov and click on the “I SELL TO VIRGINIA” tab.  Additionally, to reach eVA Customer Care, please call 866-289-7367 or email them at evacustomercare@dgs.virginia.gov.
