Adopted Fiscal Year 2027 Budget & FY 2027-2032 Capital Improvements Program

On Tuesday, March, 24, 2026, the Town Council adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Budget and FY 2027-2032 Six-Year Capital Improvements Program. At the same meeting, Council adopted the real estate tax rate for Tax Year 2026 at 17.74¢ per $100 of assessed value, the same rate as Tax Year 2025. Fiscal Year 2027 runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
