Project Description: Based on March 2022 inspection, this project will re-coat the Town's Carr I water storage tank and perform minor modifications to interior draining system to enhance de-watering and cleaning activities. Carr Tank I was last painted in 2010 (interior and exterior).

Project Updates: As of June 2025 - Final design plans and specifications have been received from the design engineer. Final review of the design documents is underway and bid openings for the project are expected to start in late Spring or early Summer. New interior and exterior coatings systems, as well as tank interior mechanical work, are included in the scope of work.
