Project Description: This project includes design and construction of an equipment storage facility to protect and extend the useful life of materials and equipment currently stored outdoors exposed to extreme weather conditions. Facility design will include EV charging stations.

Project Updates: As of June 2025 - The project design is being reevaluated with a renewed focus on sustainability initiatives. We now anticipate bidding the project in Winter 2025/2026, with a contract award in Spring 2026.
