Project Description:  This multi year project will evaluate, design, install and construct identified upgrades and refurbishments at the various sanitary sewer pump stations. Most pump stations are approaching 20 years of age and pumps and controls will be exceeding the useful life. Submersible pumps will be installed where appropriate. Pump stations to be improved include Goose Creek, Ida Lee, Potomac and Tuscarora.

Project Updates: As of June 2025 - Cattail Pump Station is under construction by EMH with an estimated completion date of August 2025. Old Waterford and Potomac Crossing pump station upgrades were awarded to Archer Western with an estimated completion date of February 2026. Design for upgrades of additional pump stations will kick off in Summer 2028.
