Traffic Signal Fiber Connections project information from Fiscal Year 2026 Budget (Project No. 23303)

Project Description: This project will provide for the installation of fiber optic connections to Town traffic signals on Catoctin Circle SW between South King Street and West Market Street. The project will connect existing traffic signals to the Town's traffic system network, ensuring traffic signal system connectivity for monitoring signal operations and communications. This includes signals at the intersections of Dry Mill Road SW at Catoctin Circle SW and West Market Street at Catoctin Circle SW/Fairview Avenue NW. 

Project Updates: Project design will continue in Fiscal Year 2026 with construction to be completed in Fall 2028.
