Project Description: This project provides for the construction of a crosswalk on Morven Park Road across West Market Street and West Loudoun Street to provide continuous pedestrian access between Morven Park Road and West Loudoun Street.

• Design Engineer - Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP

Project Updates:  As of January 12, 2026 – Construction of the crosswalk will begin once the Morven Park Road Sidewalk project is complete. The sidewalk project is currently estimated to be completed by the end of January 2026.

An informal invitation for bids for the crosswalk project is expected to open in February 2026, with construction anticipated to start in early spring 2026.
