Project Description: This project provides for the construction of a crosswalk on Morven Park Road across West Market Street and West Loudoun Street to provide continuous pedestrian access between Morven Park Road and West Loudoun Street.

Project Updates:  As of July 28, 2026 - Land acquisition is underway.
