Lee Avenue Sidewalk - Missing Link (Dry Mill Road and White Oak) project information from Fiscal Year 2027 Budget (Project No. 31302)

Project Description: This 400-foot sidewalk connection will link the existing sidewalk sections constructed by the White Oak Development along Dry Mill Road and Lee Avenue. A part of this project will be to review crosswalk locations to get students across Dry Mill to Loudoun County High School This project will support sustainability goals by improving walkability within the Town.

Project Updates:  As of July 28, 2026 - There is no funding until 2031 for the overall project.  Currently Town staff is installing a signed crosswalk from the White Oak Community to Loudoun County High School.
