Project Description:  This project provides for the design and installation of safety improvements including flashing beacons, refuge islands and other measures at the intersections of Battlefield Parkway with Chadfield Way NE, Catoctin Circle, Balls Bluff Road, Smarts Lane, Woods Edge Drive NE and Idyllic Place.  This project enhances sustainability within the Town by improving bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure and safety.
