Floodplain Study and Resiliency Planning project information from Fiscal Year 2026 Budget (Project No. 25402)

Project Description: This project is the first step in updating the 1990 Stormwater Master Plan and will focus on flooding issues in the Historic District and other areas of known flooding issues. Areas have been identified based on the age of existing infrastructure to provide a prioritized project list for future capital project consideration. The Town has applied for a grant from the Department of Conservation and Recreation. If awarded, the Town's portion of this project is estimated to be around $600,000. Funding and schedule shown are contingent upon receipt of grant funding.

Project Updates:  Design is expected to begin in the fall of 2025.
