Town Hall Campus Improvements Phase I project information from Fiscal Year 2026 Budget (Project No. 21202)

Project Description:  This project was initially created to provide for the improvements to the Town Hall Campus in accordance with the master plan approved in 2018 including projects adjacent to the Loudoun Street entrance to the Town Hall parking garage, the Mervin Jackson Park East and West Panels adjacent to the parking garage, and improvements to the Market Street parking garage entrance.  This has included the development of the Town Green, the mural painting on the alley side of the parking garage, and the development of Mervin Jackson Park East Parcel and the installation of the piano.  Additional projects under development focus on making ADA-accessible improvements to the Log Cabin, landscaping improvements to the Rose Garden-Upper Level, and emergency route improvements to the Rose Garden-Lower Level patio area.
