Project Description:  This project is for the addition of five new pickleball courts, a central common area with a pavilion for shade and gathering, a parking lot with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) spaces, and storm water management facilities. The courts will have 4- to 8-foot-tall fencing around their perimeters.

Project Updates:  As of August  27, 2026 – Concrete and asphalt work at the site is nearing completion. Final grading around the courts and construction of the concrete curb along the court perimeter will follow.  Additional work, including the installation of electrical components, lighting and fencing is expected to begin soon.

To perform final grading around the site, sections of the screened perimeter security fence will be removed.  These areas will be replaced with permanent three-board fencing, which will make portions of the work zone visible.  The site remains closed to the public.

The project area remains an active construction zone with heavy machinery, potential falling debris, and uneven ground conditions. Access to the site is strictly prohibited due to significant safety risks.
