Project Description:  This project provides for the replacement of the original roof at Town Hall.  Town Hall was constructed in 1990 with a standing seam metal roof.  The 34-year-old roof is currently showing visible signs of age and wearing.  The roof system has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement.

Project Updates:  There is no funding for this project until 2030.
