Project Description:  This project consists of three phases:  Phase I consisted of the structural repairs (completed); Phase II is handrail repair on all three levels, joint sealant removal, and replacement on Levels 2 and 3 and resurfacing of Level 3 (underway); and Phase III is work on the stairwells to mitigate water intrusion, scheduled for Fiscal Year 2028.  All work proposed was identified in a structural study report completed in Fiscal Year 2020 and the work was prioritized based on the findings.

Project Updates: As of July 21, 2025 -  Phase II of the project is expected to begin in early to mid August 2025, and completion is estimated for spring of 2028.
