Project Description:  This project consists of three phases: Phase I consisted of the structural repairs (completed); Phase II consists of joint sealant removal and replacement on Levels 2 and 3 and resurfacing of Level 3 (completed) as well as handrail repairs (to be completed in Fiscal Year 2027); and Phase III will include sidewalk repairs on all three levels (scheduled for Fiscal Year 2033 using budget remaining from prior fiscal years). All work proposed was identified in a structural study report completed in Fiscal Year 2020 and the work was prioritized based on the findings.

Project Updates: As of July 21, 2025 -  Phase II of the project is expected to begin in early to mid August 2025, and completion is estimated for spring of 2028.
