This project will provide a 14,000 SF 1-story addition to the existing building, renovation of the existing building, HVAC improvements to the Support Building, the addition of EV charging stations, expansion of the secure parking area, and a second fiber connection will be added to the police station to eliminate the single point of failure on the network. Future expansions, including a potential 9,000 SF 2nd-story addition, will be needed as the Town and the police force continue to grow.
