Project Description: This project addresses the future of the property acquired at 16 Wirt Street. The project will eventually either demolish and grade the site or renovate the building for office space. For the near future, Council has directed staff to mothball and secure the facility for $80,000. A space needs analysis was included with the studies for Fiscal Year 2024.
