Library hours currently are:
- Monday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Parking
Limited parking (16 spaces, plus 1 reserved for Handicap Access) is available free of charge at the rear of Thomas Balch Library.
The Leesburg Town Hall Parking Garage is located approximately two blocks east of the library at 25 West Market Street. Parking in the garage is free for the first two hours. Thereafter, the town charges $1.00 per hour, with a $10.00 maximum daily charge. Parking at the Town Hall Garage is free after 7:00 p.m. during the week, all day on weekends and on holidays. Pay at one of the garage kiosks with cash or credit/debit cards.
On-street parking meters are $1.50 per hour with a two-hour limit at most meters Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On-street parking is free after 5 p.m. on weekdays, all day on weekends and on holidays. Pay through the ParkMobile app.
