Scope:
The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the Cathodic Protection System – Panda Stonewall 24-inch Reuse Water Main Rehabilitation project. Work includes cathodic protection (CP) system rehabilitation activities at approximately 17 test stations (locations) associated with an existing 24-inch diameter reuse water main. The work involves such activities as test station investigation, recovery, reinstallation, reconciliation, retrofits, and corrections. Post-repair CP testing and acceptance documentation is also included.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:
A non-mandatory virtual (remote) pre-bid meeting via Microsoft Teams will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (local time). It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this virtual (remote) meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
Bid Opening:
Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams using the eVA e-Procurement website on September 16, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local time). The bid opening will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
