The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to upgrade Raw Water Pump #1 and Finished Water Pump #3 current equipment and appurtenances in the Town of Leesburg Kenneth B. Rollins Water Filtration Plant, and provide all incidentals related thereto.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 1:30 pm (local time) at the Town of Leesburg’s Water Treatment Plant located at 43234 Edwards Ferry Road NE, Leesburg, VA 20176. It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project. The pre-bid meeting will not be conducted remotely (virtually).
Bid Opening:
Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams using the eVA e-Procurement website on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local time). The bid opening will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
