Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a wide variety of on call mechanical services for the Department of Utilities treatment plants, distribution and collection system including but not limited to the Water Pollution Control Facility and the Water Treatment Plant. 

Pre-Proposal Meeting:

A virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the date and local time indicated on the RFP cover page.  It is encouraged that all Offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the Town’s needs.  The pre-proposal meeting will be live streamed via Microsoft TEAMS and made available to the public.
