Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to complete a water line, service line, and meter box replacement for the Manor Apartments, located on Fort Evans Road, and all incidentals related thereto.

Pre-Bid Meeting:

A non-mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. (local time) at 28 Fort Evans Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176. It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project. A site visit will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting.
