Scope:
The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to construct the Freedom Park Pickleball Courts (Re-Bid) project. The project includes building five (5) pickleball courts. Four (4) of the courts will have lighting, and infrastructure will be installed to allow future lighting on the fifth. Additional work includes installing a new electrical service and distribution system, constructing a parking lot, walkways, landscaping, and underground stormwater management. All related incidental work is also included as outlined in the plans provided by IMEG Corporation.

Non-Mandatory Remote (Virtual) Pre-Bid Meeting:
A non-mandatory remote (virtual) pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 10:00 am (local time). It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
Bid Opening:
Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams using the eVA e-Procurement website on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm (local time). The bid opening will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
