Scope:

The Town of Leesburg, VA is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide develop an Interchange Access Report (IAR) for the S. King Street and Route 7/15 Bypass project.  This project is funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

Notice of Intent to Award

Pre-Proposal Meeting:

A virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025.  It is encouraged that all Offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project.  The pre-proposal meeting will be live streamed via Microsoft TEAMS and made available to the public.
