Leesburg, VA (August 31, 2026) – The Leesburg Police Department has arrested three individuals following an investigation into fraudulent credit card activity at a Leesburg business.

On Friday, August 28, 2026, at approximately 7 p.m., Leesburg Police officers responded to Best 
Buy, located at 609 Potomac Station Drive NE, for a report of three individuals purchasing items using multiple credit cards with different names on them. 

While officers were conducting the investigation at Best Buy, the Leesburg Police Department received a call from a resident reporting that their credit card had just been fraudulently used at the store. Officers determined that the reported fraudulent transaction was connected to the investigation already underway.

As a result of the investigation, officers searched the vehicle associated with the suspects. They recovered several stolen credit cards and thousands of dollars of merchandise believed to have been fraudulently purchased.

Leonard Roman, age 25, from New York; Walinton Castillo Rosario, age 22, from New York; and Jeury Bol Villavicencio, age 21, from Pennsylvania, were arrested in connection with the investigation. All three have been charged with credit card fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and credit card theft.  All three were transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where they are being held without bond.
