Leesburg Town Council Modifies August Meeting Schedule

Leesburg, VA (August 4, 2026) – The Leesburg Town Council will have a modified meeting schedule for the month of August. The Council will meet next on Monday, August 24, for a work session, and on Tuesday, August 25, for a business meeting.

Due to the earlier start date this year for Loudoun County Public Schools, the Town Council has started its annual summer recess. As a result, there will be no Council work session or business meeting on Monday, August 10, or Tuesday, August 11, respectively.

The Council voted to change its August meeting schedule at its June 9 meeting.

Meeting agendas are posted on www.leesburgva.gov the week ahead of regularly-scheduled meetings.
