Mon Chouchou Brings Children’s Fashion to Downtown Leesburg

Mon Chouchou Ribbon CuttingLeesburg, VA (July 20, 2026) – A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for Mon Chouchou on Friday, July 17. Located at 216 S. King Street, Suite 200, above Goosecup Coffee, the children's boutique offers a curated selection of premium clothing, accessories, and gifts for babies, children, and tweens.

Owner Beth Bullard said the idea for Mon Chouchou has been decades in the making. She and her husband recognized a need in their hometown for a children's boutique that embraces a slow-fashion philosophy, offering high-quality, thoughtfully sourced pieces designed to last. 

Inspired by their years living in coastal California and their appreciation for the European approach to retail—where shopping is an experience rather than a chore—they created a boutique that reflects those values.

“As long-time residents of Leesburg with children in the Leesburg schools, contributing to the town as a business owner is a dream come true,” ?? said. “What makes us feel most excited is getting to know our regular customers that come in several times a month whether it's just to see what's new or to stock-up for the season. Many customers come from all over the DMV just to shop our store and folks from out of town visiting continue to order on-line.”

Currently, Mon Chouchou is helping families prepare for the back-to-school season with first-day outfits and backpacks. As fall approaches, the boutique will offer coordinated outfits for family photos, special occasion wear, and thoughtfully selected gifts, clothing, and accessories for children from newborn through tween. The owners look forward to becoming the community's go-to destination for children's fashion and gifts.
