Pop-Up Exhibit at the Donaldson Log Cabin to Highlight the Medical World
Leesburg, VA (April 24, 2026) – The public is invited to a pop-up exhibit on Friday, May 1, highlighting the medical world in Leesburg and Loudoun County.
The exhibit will explore the evolution of medical knowledge and care in Leesburg and Loudoun County through materials preserved at Thomas Balch Library, highlighting both the practice of medicine and the individuals who shaped it.
The pop-up will feature ledgers, training materials, artifacts, personal notebooks, and documents from medical professionals that reflect the realities of care.
The event will be held in conjunction with Leesburg First Friday, with visitors welcome to stop by the Donaldson Log Cabin, located at 14 Loudoun Street SW, between 5 and 7 p.m. Registration is not required.
