Leesburg, VA (April 16, 2026) – The Leesburg Police Department is proud to announce the graduation of a member of the agency’s leadership staff from the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police Professional Executive Leadership School (PELS).
Captain Bradley Schultz graduated today from the Professional Executive Leadership School (PELS), an intensive three-week leadership education program. Captain Schultz serves as the Commander for the Professional Standards Bureau. PELS is a partnership between the University of Richmond and the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police and is designed for individuals serving in command and executive-level roles. The program focuses on best leadership practices, critical self-assessment, and strategies to support both personal and professional growth.
The classes are held on the campus of the University of Richmond School of Professional and Continuing Studies in Richmond, Virginia, and are taught by university faculty.
