KLB LogoLeesburg, VA (March 10, 2026) – The Town of Leesburg’s annual “Keep Leesburg Beautiful” campaign will take place from Wednesday, April 1, to Thursday, April 30. To celebrate, an official cleanup event will take place on Saturday, April 11, at Raflo Park (345 Harrison Street SE) beginning at 9 a.m.

“Keep Leesburg Beautiful” is an opportunity for the public to get involved in cleaning up the Town. Residents, neighborhoods, community groups, and businesses are encouraged to participate by forming teams to collect litter along roadsides, stream beds, and other public common areas.

Mayor Kelly Burk will present “Golden (Trash) Grabber” awards to the groups that gather the most trash. To boost participation, several local businesses—Catty Corner Cafe, The Global Local, The Resourceful Woman Thrift Store, RESQ BBQ, The Branch, Zest Clothing &Co, Robeks Juice, Brick and Mortar Mercantile, Misguided Angles, Weird Brothers Coffee, wldwst, and Burn Boot Camp Leesburg—are offering gifts and discounts to volunteers. Each participant will receive a volunteer card as proof of involvement.

Details on volunteering, including suggested litter collection locations, can be found at www.leesburgva.gov/KLB
