March 21 Budget Public Input Session Cancelled

Leesburg, VA (February 25, 2026) – The Leesburg Town Council budget public input session scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday, March 21, has been cancelled.

The Town Council voted to cancel the input session at its February 24 Council meeting due to scheduling conflicts.

The public will have two opportunities to provide input on the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 Budget and Six-Year Capital Improvements Program, as well as the proposed real estate tax rate. A budget public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, and a tax rate public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24. Both meetings begin at 7 p.m. in Town Hall Council Chamber (25 West Market Street). The budget is expected to be adopted at the Council’s March 24 meeting.
