Leesburg’s Trash and Recycling Schedule Unchanged for Presidents’ Day Holiday

Leesburg, VA (February 10, 2026) – There will be no changes to the trash and recycling schedule for Presidents’ Day on Monday, February 16. All Town of Leesburg residents and downtown businesses will have their trash collected as normal. 

Customers are encouraged to stay informed about schedule changes, service alerts, and collection reminders by registering their address with Recycle Coach, a digital platform designed to help residents manage waste and recycling more effectively. The free app can be downloaded on iOS and Android devices in addition to being available on the Town of Leesburg’s website. 

To report missed collections or other issues with trash, recycling, or yard waste collection, please contact Patriot Disposal directly at trash@leesburgva.gov or 703-771-6677.
